We offer a daytime schedule from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays.
On-site training is provided in addition to offering refresher and/or training for forklift operator and
crane operator cards.
You must:
- Be reliable and in good physical condition
- Come to work wearing steel toed boots and proper attire that fits your size for safety.
- Enjoy teamwork and possess good communication skills
- Have basic knowledge of carpentry, measuring, blueprint reading, painting or finishing is an asset.

General Objective: Responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects in accordance with the company’s strategy, commitments and objectives. All in accordance with client expectations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and implementation
- Facilitate the definition of the project scope, objectives and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop large-scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan project timelines
- Provide direction and support to the project team
- Quality Assurance
- Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Provide reports defining project progress, issues and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

Avac Concrete has an immediate opening for a dynamic and versatile Administrative Technician in its growing office in Granby, QC. We are looking for the ideal candidate to perform various administrative tasks (accounts payable,payroll, bookkeeping, data entry, purchasing, inventory, etc.).
More specifically, he or she will have to:
- Validate and code invoices
- Enter data into the accounting system
- Production of purchase orders
- Inventory control
- Coordinate purchases
- Participate in the year-end file
- Perform filing
- Assist management and team members in various tasks
Requirements:
- DEP or DEC applicable or equivalent training
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Mastery of the Office suite: Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Quick to learn and execute

- Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
