The Guy-Bélisle library stands out thanks to its signature AVAC panels. This 2,600 square meter public library with a multifunctional area on the banks of the river proudly marks the entrance to the city and was the recipient of the Award of Excellence from the Canadian Institute of Construction in 2013.
