Mitchell House

Description

This highly bespoke project received the ICA Excellence Award in 2021 and that of the Ordre des Architectes du Québec in 2020. It was designed with classes and housing for 270 international students. AVAC accompanied the design process to create panels whose 4 facades could be exposed without revealing the installation hardware. The color and texture of the concrete was developed to meet the aesthetic vision of the designers.
